Digilience (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Digilience website (the “Service”).

You directly provide Digilience with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you register for the conference or fill in other forms on the website.
What data do we collect?
We collect the following information from the registration form on the website: names, affiliation and affiliation details, email and phone.
How will we use your data?
We collect your data to send you the information you have requested, register you for the website, send you invoices for your registration for the conference, inform you of changes to our terms and conditions, where relevant, or email you with information when you have asked us to.
This can facilitate your participation in our conference and contribute to the exchange of information you may need.
How do we protect your data?
We put in place measures to ensure that the information you provide is treated in full compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on personal data protection.
