Digilience 2021 was proudly hosted at the National Military University “Vasil Levski” in the beautiful town of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.
“Vasil Levski” National Military University was established with an Act of the National Assembly in 2002 through the restructuring of “Vasil Levski” Land Forces Academy – Veliko Turnovo, “Panayot Volov” Artillery and Air Defense Academy – Shoumen and “Georgi Benkovski” Air Force Academy – Dolna Mitropolia.

The National Military University is located at Veliko Tarnovo, a beautiful town in north-central Bulgaria on the Yantra River and is famously known as the historical capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire, attracting many tourists with its unique architecture. The old part of the town is situated on three hills, Tsarevets, Trapezitsa, and Sveta Gora, rising amidst the meanders of the Yantra.
